Estoy segura que les encantara el apartamento ya que esta en una de las mejores zonas de Nueva York. Esta justo en el medio de los puntos turisticos mas importantes y esta rodeado de los mejores almacenes y restaurantes esta en todo el centro de manhattan. el metro lo tiene a una calle. Tiene aire acondicionado, internet, una cama doble en el cuarto y otra en la planta baja y un sofá cama doble en la sala. Es super limpio y moderno.

Interested in coming to NYC on the 12th or 13th of Dec. and leaving on the 18th. I’m flying in from LA to NYC for business. Can you please let me know what you have that’s available then and what the price would be for 5-6 night stay? I may need to stay a few days longer if my business meeting in LA gets canceled on the 19th, but of course I will know this a few days before so Iat that time I would let you know if I needed to extend. I prefer an elevator, 1 bedroom or studio, cable tv and dvd player or on demand to rent movies, internet, heater for sure* tons of warm blankets (I get cold easily!),sunlight is always a plus. I like Gramercy Park, Midtown East, Union Square, Chelsea, UES, but I’m also flexible to other areas as well. Thank you for your time. I’m looking forward to hearing back from you.

Three of us rented the loft on 22nd Street for a week and we were so happy. The location is great- 8 min walk to Union Square (lots of subways) and 8 mins to Madison Park (SHAKE SHACK BURGERS!). A lot of great restaurants around the block, close to multiple grocery stores. It was really spacious for a NYC apartment except for the kitchen, but it works just fine. Note that this is a loft- the kitchen + bathroom on ground floor, living room + sofa bed + queen bed on the middle floor, and the queen bed + closet on top floor.
I was a bit nervous that this place was too good to be true, but it worked out perfectly. Paula was very helpful and I will recommend this to my friends.

Nice stay in Mars. Everything was perfect. Relation with the owners, the clean flat. The flat is very well located.
We rented this apartment for 4 nights, 2 moms 2 daughters for some NYC shopping. It was perfect! Just the right size for 4 girls, located in a quiet and central neighborhood: we walked to the garment district, Times Square and up to Central Park, and took the Subway just at the corner to travel to Soho and the WTC, we could not have picked a better location! The apartment was spotless, furnished with fresh towels, bedding and sufficient kitchen supplies. On our lazy nights we picked up delicious ready-to-eat meals at William Morton’s just a block away. Many thanks to Paula and Agustin who were a pleasure to deal with, and made our stay easy to plan and worry-free. We will be back!
