My wife and I rented apartment at 239 Park Avenue South for a week in June, 2009. It is a very nice apartment located near train and bus transportation, restaurants, shopping,etc.
I know it is difficult to pay someone you have never seen a deposit not knowing if the apartment even exists. Fortunately this was the real deal. Paula’s sister met us with the key to the apartment and we paid her the balance. When we were leaving she returned our security.

Two friends and I rented the apartment at 239 Park Avenue South in mid-June and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, the location was great and Paula and her sister were extremely helpful, giving us recommendations for local places to try, and even letting us check out late the day we left.
I’ve already recommended the apartment to a friend who is visiting later in the year and would happily return myself, and hope to soon!
I can not say enough nice things about this apartment. First of all, Paula welcomed us late at night on a Saturday with no complaints and offered to recomend good places to go for dinner that would still be open. The apartment was very large, esspecially for NY standards. Not only did it have a large bedroom with a spacious walk in closet, there was also a large office area in the living room (with a printer) which was perfect since I was in town primarily for work. The apt. was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook , the AC kept the place nice and cool, and given its Park Ave location, the place was surprisingly quiet. The location is fantastic-farmers market almost every day at Union Sqaure 3 blocks away. I will never stay in a hotel again in NYC unless this place is booked!

Alojamiento ideal para visitar NYC, es centrico próximo al metro y bus, situado en zona comercial con restaurantes y todo tipo de compras, muy proximo a Union Square donde casi a diario hay mercado de frutas y verduras, lo que le da un especial encanto el pasear por la zona..
El apartamento es luminoso, espacioso y bien equipado, nos sentimos comodos !! Paula muy disponible y amable facilitandonos toda la informacion requerida por nosotros.

I had a great experience renting the Park Avenue loft from Paula. I was in New York for teacher training at American Ballet Theatre just one block away, so my daily “commute” was less than three minutes. And because I was working so hard both physically and mentally, I was happy to have a QUIET, clean, air-conditioned place to come home to every evening; the large desk was perfect for studying and preparing for exams. The other residents in the building were helpful and always courteous. It was a great experience and a lovely place, and I would gladly lease it again. By the end of my stay, I felt like a real New Yorker!
My friends and me we had a really great time in Paula’s apartment. The location is just pefect for who (like us) wants to have everything close by, nice restaurants, cafè, shops, …
We were in NY for vacation and I cannot think to another place more useful than this one. Paula has been very nice with us since the beggining and if you need something she will help you.
I Hope we can come back soon, and I hope the apartment will be available!

Recomiendo este aprtamento bien situado en Park Avenue South, a un paso de las estaciones de metro de Union Square y de la 23rd St.
Fuimos dos parejas y todo fue perfecto, la cocina estaba bien equipada y suficiente para subsistir unos días con desayunos “a la española” y si un día no te apetece cenar por ahí siempre puedes cocinar cualquier cosa con los amigos.
La habitación y el salón disponen de TV por cable, el aire acondicionado garantiza que en Agosto no os freireis de calor y en el sotano del edificio hay lavadora y secadora por apenas un par de pavos para hacer una colada rápida si hace falta.
Cuando planeas las visitas todo parece cercano y más de un día os ahorraréis viajes simplemente porque os queda relativamente cerca el Midtown, Grenwich Village, Soho e incluso el financial center y Central Park, al fin y al cabo, yendo de turismo, te apetece ver cosas andando, y si te has cansado, puedes coger el metro o un taxi, ya que por su localización, practicamente cualquier taxi desde mitad de Central Park o la base de Manhattan rondará los 10-12 $.
Buen trato por parte de todo el mundo. Un saludo a Carolina y a Toni. Otro a Paula, aunque no llegamos a conocernos.

We (my sister, husband and I) rented the apartment at 239 PArk Ave South in October 2009 and it was great. It was surpisingly large we never felt crowded. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was close to Union Square, and we could walk to shops, delis, restaurants, subway etc. Our only complaint was that we didn’t discover the laundry facilities in tghe basement until the last day!
I was a bit nervous about booking online but it all went well. I recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable base at a reasonable price. We will stay there if we are lucky enough to visit New York again.

The four of us rented Paula’s apartment for 5 nights in October 2009. What a place! Spacious, quiet, very reasonably priced and perfectly located in Manhattan (almost everything a tourist visting New York wants to see and do is nearby).
Of course, I also was reluctant to book an apartment online (and not via travelocity.com or expedia.com or a similar well kown booking website) but I am really glad that I did anyway!

We (my husband, my baby & I)have spent 1 week in NY in Paula’s appartment. Everything was perfect and the flat is very well located.
It was very easy to rent and to pay via internet.

We rented the apartment of Maria Paula and Carolina, at 239 Park Avenue South, from the 6th to the 13th of february 2010. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was close to Union Square, so we could easily use the subway for visiting New York. Close to the apartment, we could find shops and restaurants. In 10/15 minutes, I walked in the morning to Empire State building. The apartment is very spacious, and with high speed internet I could send pictures of our trip every evening.
And Maria Paula ‘sister (Carolina) we met when arriving was very kind and we could call her for everything .
I will recommend this apartment to my friends, and when I go again in NYC I surely contact Maria Paula.

I was in New York with my 3 friends in the month of February 2010 by renting the apartment at 239 Park Avenue. We found this opportunity through the website Homeholidays.it and was the first time using this system. At first we were a little hesitant because we did not know whether we really found what we expected, but arrived in New York, Paula was really speaking: the apartment was really what Paul had presented to us in the months before: a spacious, clean, bright, equipped with everything you might find in a hotel. The location is excellent, the area is a short walk from the subway and is full of shops and eateries. Surely we can say we have found a good relation quality – price as it relates to our experience.
The apartment is very nice and very well located downtown.
Paula is a very cooperative owner and care for the quality of relationship with potential tenants.

Mi marido, mi hija y yo hemos estado alojados en este apartamento durante la Semana Santa del 2010. Teniamos miedo de reservar por Internet por los rumores de fraude, pero todo fue fantástico. El apartamento está en una localización estupenda, en pleno Park Avenue, y es exactamente cómo se ve en las fotos. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.
Acabamos de volver de pasar 10 días en Nueva York y el alojamiento ha sido inmejorable. Un compañero de trabajo nos recomendó este apartamento y tenemos que decir que hicimos muy bien en seguir su consejo de alquilarlo. La situación no puede ser mejor. Está en el centro de Nueva York con varias estaciones de metro cerca. Y qué decir de Paula (la propietaria). En todo momento el trato ha sido inmejorable y nos ha dado una confianza plena. Como todo el mundo, teníamos nuestras pequeñas dudas al realizar los pagos por internet, pero el resultado ha sido fantástico. Siempre ha mostrado su profesionalidad y confianza. Nous étions en famille et avons passé un excellent séjour hormis l’éruption du volcan, mais Paula nous a retrouvé un autre logement pour les quelques jours supplémentaires.
De l’appartement nous avons pu sillonner une grande partie de Manhattan.

Je viens de rentrée de NYC, nous étions 5 filles on a passé une semaine dans l’appartement de Paula c’était géniale l’appartement est réellement bien situé, le métro le plus proche est Union square ou bien la 23 st. Les photos correspondent exactement à l’apartement, il est vraiment grand spatieux, bien éclairé.
Le quartier est sympa, il y a plein de resto ouvert tard le soir.
Je garde un superbe séjour avec mes amies, je l’ai même recommandé à des amis.
Pour ceux qui hésitent encore, vous pouvez faire confiance à Paula.

I just returned from NYC we were five girls we spent a week in the apartment of Paula was great the apartment is actually located, the nearest metro station is Union Square or the 23 st. The photos correspond exactly to the apartment, it is really great spacious, well lit.
The neighborhood is nice, there are plenty of restaurant open late at night.
I keep a great stay with my friends, I even recommended it to friends.
For those who still hesitate, you can trust Paula.

Nous avons loué l’appartement de Paula Val situé au 134 Est de la 23ième rue à Gramercy.
Tout s’est superbement bien passé, l’appartement n’est situé côté route et il est donc très calme.
L’appart est situé près de commerces ouverts 24:24 et de très bons restaurants.
Le dernier point fort est la proximité avec le métro.
Rien à redire sur le séjour.

In brief, the rental through Paula went like a clockwork. The apartment is located in Gramercy (134 East 23rd street) close to the subway, to 24/24 supermarlet and delicious restaurants.
As the apartment is quiet and safe, all the people living in the building are nice.

I recently returned from ten days in NYC, and leased the apartment at 239 Park Avenue for the second time. Again, it was the perfect, quiet, air-conditioned spot to come home to at the end of sweaty, difficult training days at American Ballet Theatre. I enjoyed shopping at the great Whole Foods Market at nearby Union Square, and the conveniently located Morton Williams grocer–just a couple of blocks north of the apartment–worked for quick runs for essentials. I also discovered a terrific wines and spirits boutique just a few blocks west of the apartment, on 19th street: Bottle Rocket Wine and Spirit–great store, with friendly and helpful staff. Fishs Eddy (what fun) is just a block away, and there are many interesting clothing boutiques a bit to the west and south of the apartment. Also, I tried two excellent eateries very near the apartment: L’Express Bouchon (fabulous, reasonably-priced, 24/7 French cuisine at the other end of the block), and Barbouni (beautiful interior space, incredible Mediterranean cuisine two blocks north). So in addition to being a reasonably-priced, comfortable apartment, 239 is in a great location. I enthusiastically recommend it, and will stay there yet again in the future.
Tras 10 dias en el apartamento de Paula, no puedo mas que recomendar el mismo. Su ubicacion es muy buena, en pleno centro de manhattan, siempre cerca de cualquier sitio de interes. Para ir con niños pequeños como mi caso, disponer de cocina y comedor hace que todo fuera mucho mas comodo… intento buscar algo negativo, y la verdad q es dificil…. quizas diria q unicamente echamos de menos un microondas… pero por decir algo, pq el apartamento esta fenomenal

We spent one week with family in NYC and have enjoyed the comfort of the apartment of Paula. Ideally located in the heart of Manhattan, everything is easily accessible (2 subway stations to 5 ‘). The apartment is spacious, comfortable and the reception was great quality.

We rented the appartment for ten days and because of its location in the centre of Manahatten we could easily go everywhere in the city and there are lots of restaurants in the near area. It is a good and spacious location to return to after shopping or long walks in the city. We would like to come back to this appartment next time we plan to visit New York.

Nous venons de passer 11 jours à New York. L’accueil de Paula fut très agréable, tant dans les contacts avant notre séjour qu’à notre arrivée. Très disponible à nos différentes questions, nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise et en confiance totale.
Pour des raisons de disponibilité, Paula nous a proposé un autre appartement situé près de Times Square, à 2 blocs du métro, une situation très exceptionnelle pour visiter la Big Apple. Une prestation de qualité, conforme aux photos envoyées, une immersion authentique dans Manhattan. Nous conseillons cet appartement très propre et très calme comme un bon point de chute très agréable et appréciable après de grandes marches à NY!!

Por questiones de disponibilidad, Paula nos ha propuesto otro apartamento situado cerca de Times Square, a 2 bloques del métro, una situation muy eceptional para visitar la Big Aplle.
Fue una prestacion de qualidad, conforme à las fotos que nos envio Paula, una imersion autentica en Manhattan. Aconsejamos este apartamento muy limpio y muy tranquilo, un punto de caida muy agradable y apreciable despues de las grandes caminadas en NY!!

Somos dos parejas españolas jovenes que hemos estado 1 semana en el apartamento de Paula a primeros de septiembre.
Es un apartamento que aún no tiene anunciado en su web y que esta genial. Super centrico, al lado de Times Square, con un monton de bares, restaurantes y tiendas alrededor.
El apartamento esta recien amueblado, con dos habitaciones, salón y cocina, muy limpio y todo nuevo.
El trato con Paula fantastico, lo hicimos todo a traves de correos electronicos y un par de llamadas telefónicas. Al llegar nos estaba esperando en la casa para entregarnos las llaves.
Todo fue genial, recomiendo este apartamento pues esta muy bien.

We had a great time at Paula’s apt. It is very well located, quiet and secure. I was with my wife and 3 children, we fit very well in it, Paula was very kind, so everything was perfect. I do recomend this apt. tp who ever wants to have a nice stay in NY.
We had a nice time in Paula’s apartment. It was not the one on Park avenue but on 22nd street and 3rd avenue, near Gramercy Park. Safe building, nice and spotless flat. Perfect for a family or 2 couples, but the two beds are in the same room. Contacts with Paula were perfect. When I come back to NYC (the sooner the better !), I will definitely contact her again.

I needed to book an apt. for me and other 5 person for a week. We were coming from Italy, first time in NY and also scared for the first experience in booking apartments so far from our country! Paula found us a beautiful accomodation, really cool, even better than our expectations. We had a very beautiful vacancy, in a location near and not too far from every “must see attractions” and transportation services. We thank her very much and we’re sure to contact her again for our next time in NY for her seriousness and kindess.

I would like to share with you my main fear when I started to think about renting a flat on internet. I was planning a very long break with some friends and we preferred to have our own space rather than a hotel. However, we were reluctant about transferring money to somebody we didn´t know. Fortuntaly, we didn´t have any issues, everything was very straight forward.
The flat is very cosy, well located, surrounded by many bars, off licenses and very easy access to the tube. Highly recommended in you decide to go to the Big Apple!!!

Me gustaría compartir con vosotros el mayor miedo que tenía cuando empezamos a pensar en alquilar un piso por internet. Unos amigos y yo estábamos planeando un viaje a NY y preferíamos quedarnos en un apartamento y así tener nuestro propio espacio. Sin embargo, no estábamos nada seguros de hacer el pago por internet a alguien que no conocíamos de nada. Se oyen tantas cosas… Sin embargo, fue todo muy sencillo y no tuvimos ningún problema.
El apartamento es muy cuco, está bien situado, rodeado de bares y pequeñas tiendas de barrio donde comprar lo básico y muy cerca del metro. Muy recomendable si se quiere ir a la gran manzana!!!

Très hésitant avant de nous lancer dans une location ,nous avons consulté de nombreux sites et notamment NYC qui nous paraissait douteux .Nous (6 personnes) nous sommes finalement lancés avec Paula et n’avons pas été déçu (nous avons loué du 21/02/2011 au 28/02 .Nous avons payé la caution(300$) par avance et avons envoyé via pay pal la moitié du prix de la location et le solde lorsque nous avons vu l’appartement.Paula s’est occupé de tout pour le paiement via pay pal .Tout était conforme aux photos envoyées et l’appartement était parfait et très bien situé.Nous sommes très satisfait et vous conseillons de passer par cette personne sans aucun souçi.
Hola mi nombre es Nieves y soy española, hace un mes estuvimos en NY mi novio y otra pareja.Más concretamente del 12 al 19 de Febrero,pasamos algo de frío,pero no tuvimos que hacer cola para nada, todo lo vimos a la perfección, y que bonito NY nevado.Alquilamos un apartamento en la calle 47, entre la 9 y la 10 Avenida. En pleno centro de Manhattan, un lujo por un precio asequible para todo el mundo.Los hoteles en Ny tengo entendido que dejan mucho que desear, si quieres un buen hotel y en el centro de la cuidad prepara el bolsillo.La verdad que nosotros hemos quedado encantados con la experiencia, se la estoy recomendando a todo el mundo.El apartamento estaba genial, limpio, cómodo, calentito, y no le faltaba un detalle.
La zona es perfecta, a dos calles de Times Square,tranquila y muy segura,bueno todo NY es muy seguro.
Os animo a todos a que alquileis apartamentos, os sentireis como uno más de la cuidad.Lo de pagar por internet da un poquito de miedo,pero podeis estar tranquilos,es muy seguro y fiable.

Fin février 2011, nous avons loué un appartement de Paula Val situé sur la 23ème à proximité du Flatiron building. Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire. L’appartement était situé dans un quartier très plaisant et calme à proximité du métro (2min), des restos et de bars branchés. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos envoyée par Paula. Nous en sommes très contents.
Je vous conseille vivement de louer un appartment par l’intermédiaire de Paula. Vous ne serez pas déçus!!
At the end of February 2011, we rented an apartment of Paula Val located on 23rd near Flatiron building. We spent a wonderful week. The apartment was located in a very pleasant and calm district near the subway (2min), of the restaurants and bars. The apartment faithful to the photographs is sent by Paula. I advise you to rent one by Paula’s appartment. You will not be disappointed!!

12 de Abril 2011. Acabamos de llegar de NY, alquilamos el apartamento de la calle 30 entre 5 amigas. El apartamento estaba genial, limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, calefacción perfecta… Cèntrico, con comercios cercanos y a 2 minutos del metro, se puede ir paseando a puntos muy centricos. Paula respondio a las miles de preguntas que le hicimos sin poner ningun problema. En cuanto al pago por paypal todo muy seguro y en tres dias nos devolvio el deposito. Yo sin dudar repetiria con Paula
From the 9th to the 16 of April 2011 we was in the apartment on the 30th street.
All was good and like Paula told to us. The apartment is good for 5 people and very near to the subway. A lot of good restaurants in this area (i racomend to you the Bagel Cafè between the 30th and the 3rd avenue).
In the future we will use again the apartments of Paula for a trip in NY.

Nous venons de rentrer de New York, un séjour inoubliable. L’appartement de Paula super, bien situé, de plus nous avons trouvé juste à côté un restaurant ouvert 24 h / 24….avec le décalage horaire et des ados, c’était top! Time Square pas très loin, ce qui a fait le bonheur de nos enfants qui s’y rendaient chaque soir! Et le dimanche nous avons pu faire le marché, une chance que l’appartement soit situé juste à côté. Paula a toujours répondu à nos mails, et tout s’est passé tip top pour la remise des clés. Merci encore à Paulas d’avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable. Je ne peux que vous conseiller de louer cet appartement et traiter avec elle. Bon séjour à NY
Habitants Montréal, nous rentrons d’un séjour à NYC dans l’appartement de la 30th rue. Idéalement situé, autobus, épicerie, restaurants et Empire State Building à 5 blocs. L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé. C’est sûr que nous avons trouvé difficile de faire confiance à une inconnue… mais nous ne le regrettons vraiment pas. Samuel, qui nous attendait à l’appartement a été très gentil, Paula a toujours répondu à toutes nos questions. Ils sont très fiables. It is a charming apt in a pleasant, friendly cosmopolitan district of NY weel known as The Hells Kitchen.

Appartement calme, propre et agréable remarquablement situé au centre de Manhattan. Paula a toujours répondu a mes questions. La caution m’a été rendu sans problème et samuel qui nous a reçu est très sympa.

Nous sommes allés à New-York pendant une semaine au mois de
Juillet 2011 et avions loué un appartement à Paula situé non loin de
Union square.
Trés bon accueil de Samuel qui nous attendait à notre arrivée !
L’appartement était tel que décrit par Paula, comme sur les photos. Pas de mauvaise surprise !
Trés bien situé, propre, dans quartier calme et proche du métro.
Nous étions comme de vrais New-Yorkais; super séjour !!

Alquilé un apartamento para tres personas situado en la calle 30, entre la segunda y tercera avenida. El apartamento está bien cuidado y es práctico. En la zona hay numerosas tiendas de alimentación y muchos restaurantes, además de otros comercios. Tiene cercanas dos paradas de metro y paradas de autobús.Hice la gestión desde España por internet y en todo momento me atendieron perfectamente. Carolina estuvo muy amable y muy dedicada a todas mis dudas. Además, el trato fué muy cercano y la gestión se realizó de forma simple, abierta a las posibilidades de ambas partes.
Lo recomiendo.
Nous venons de passer 6 nuits dans l’appartement de la 47th rue.
Le + : appartement spacieux. Des placards, une cuisine fonctionnelle, le WiFi, à environ 10min à pied de Times Square. Métro et commerces à proximité. Paiement parfait.
Le – : impossibilité de stocker les bagages après avoir quitté l’appart.
Conclusion : je recommande cet appartement à tous ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je relouerai à Paula sans aucune hésitation! C’était super!
My wife, sister, niece and myself rented the 230 East 30th street apartment and found it to be very accommodating for our use. With the futon in the living room we were able to setup 3 different sleeping areas so everyone was comfortable. And even with only the single bath entry through a bedroom it didn’t seem to be any problem. Everything in the apartment worked as needed and the weather was nice enough that we were able to leave the windows open and listen to the New York sounds which really weren’t to bad during the overnight hours. Bagel Cafe, Dunkin Donuts, Tonic and McCormick’s Irish Pub were establishments that were very nice to have close by.
From this location we pretty much were able to travel on foot to anywhere we wanted to go and with the subway station at 28th and 3rd made getting north/south even easier on the East side.
We thank Carolina, Paula and Samuel for there hospitality and helpfulness to make our trip very enjoyable.

We have rent an appartment on 10th september at 47th street – 9th Av. Great place to be, nice restaurants near and Times Square was at 10 min walking.
The appartment was very quiet and the neighbourhood very safe.
Paula explained us everything by mail before going and a boy that speaked spanish, received us at the appartment to give us the keys and everything.
Estuvimos una semana para la marathon de NY en el Skyline Charm y estuvo genial. El apartamento estaba muy bien y limpio ,al lado de Times Square y a 5min. corriendo de Central Park ( Por Columbus circle). Es ideal para 4 personas. Zona muy tranquila y segura. Lo recomendamos.
I rented Paula’s apartment at 134 East 122 St, Gramercy Park area. The pictures on the web were accurate. The apartment was clean and comfortable for three adults – we each had our own bed. Paula responded to my many emails without complaint and there were no issues at all. Lovely apartment, quiet building and neighborhood. It was a pleasure! Kim
Hemos estado 4 personas en el apartamento de la calle 134 East 22nd St durante 1 semana en el puente de la purísima. La situación es muy buena y el apartamento es cómodo y limpio para pasar unos días. En definitiva, una opción ideal para dormir en el centro de Manhattan con una buena calidad/precio.
Es la segunda vez que contacto con Paula y siempre ha sido muy profesional y seria, contesta rápidamente los emails y todo es transparente y seguro. Durante nuestra estancia atendieron/resolvieran todas nuestras dudas y llamadas.
Recomendable sin duda.

We’ve stay four people in apartment located in 134 East 22nd St for a week . It was nice, comfortable, clean and good location. The quality/price is excellent and it is a good choice to stay in middtown. Paula always answered our mails and calls quickly, and transaction was transparent and safe. Recommendable to reapeat again.
We have just spent a few days in New York at the apartment on 22nd and Lexington. Beautiful loft that accomodated my wife and I and our three children.
Very conveniently located, close to the Flatiron building with subway stations within a couple of blocks.
Don’t miss Eataly at the corner of 5th and 23rd. Or if you prefer to cook in the apartment, Williams Morton on Park Ave and 22nd.
Reservation through internet was easy, we paid through PayPal. No problems at all.
Definitely, a place to come back.
Nous venons de passer quelques jours dans l’appartement de la 47ème avenue. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. L’appartement est idéalement situé (Times Square Brodway…) tout en étant dans une rue très calme. Tout s’est très bien passé avec Paula, personne de confiance. Vous pouvez y aller !!!!! Louer un appartement à NY est un moyen génial,1ère expérience et pas la dernière.
We stayed on September at 22nd and Lexington apt. We loved it. It was clean and comfortable, near to the subway. We highly recommend it.
My family and I stayed at the apartment for 7 nights just before Christmas.
It was a really good experience even if we were a bit scared at the beginning because we did not know what we were about to find.
The apartment is just as described on the website. It is very well located ( 3 minutes from subway) and really quiet (good point when you want to rest after discovering the big apple).
Also, the 50% of the total amount due payment by paypal had worked really well and we received our deposit back shortly after we left.
I finally had Paula several times on the phone, she was helpfull and the person in charge of handing the key over to us was nice.
Highly recommended!
We stayed in this apartment ( 30 st street ) for Chrismas 2011 for one week.
We were completely satisfied, the apartment was in accordance with the description. The building is quiet with the exception of the noises of NY ( fire brigades / police ).
Near the apartment : supermarket, subway and touristic sites.
We corresponded with Paula by e-mail without problem and we made our payments by “paypal” : easy and with no problem at all.
We recommand this apartment.

Great apartment, very well located, very clean, close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurant, Times Square, subway and bus ….).

Paula’s apartment in 47° street/9th avenue was tidy and quiet, and a perfect fall-out base for our discovery trips. It’s in the middle of NY, in a quiet neighbourhood. we liked to be nearby …downtown, the theatre district, uptown, central park, we were also surprised by the shops nearby: at Amy’s bakery we found delicious bread and viennoiseries for our breakfast, and the Amish market around the corner is an organic shop with just everything. (good coffee). Try biking in NY, there is a good priced bike rental shop in Chambers street.

Appartement très propre avec 2 chambres et tout le nécessaire .
spacieux et confortable pour 4 personnes.
Localisation au centre de la grande pomme , preès de times square , proche du metro et de tous les commerces nécessaire.
Nous avons trouvé dans l’appartement un cahier avec les trucs et astuces de la grandes pommes , plans et bon plans ! genial !

Very clean apartment with two bedrooms and everything you need.
spacious and comfortable for four people.
Location in the center of the Big Apple, Prees of Times Square, near the metro and all amenities needed.
We found the apartment in a book with tips and tricks of the big apple, plans and good plans! great!
Paula is very available and answer quickly to emails and requests, it is very serious, transactions are secured and fast.
